The third quarter of 2024 saw varying performance levels among the top navigation and maps apps on Android in Colombia. According to Sensor Tower, these apps experienced diverse trends in downloads and active users.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a robust presence with downloads ranging between 35K and 58K weekly. Notably, the app peaked in early September with approximately 58K downloads. Its active users also showed resilience, fluctuating around the 500K mark, with a peak of 564K in early September.

Google Earth presented a more stable trend, with weekly downloads hovering between 5.5K and 8K. The app's active user base remained consistent, averaging around 62K to 65K throughout the quarter.

Live Earth Map & GPS Map experienced a notable spike in downloads towards the end of August, reaching a high of 19.5K. This surge coincided with an increase in active users, peaking at 33K in early September before declining to around 17K by the end of the quarter.
